Whew. I've spent the many days reading your entire blog from start to end and it has been well worthwhile.

As someone who struggles with what feels often like an unrequited love for Singapore, I felt comforted that someone else shares my thoughts and sentiments in such an articulate manner.

I am too looking for a community to which I can 'set down roots' and contribute. I haven't decided on whether to give up on this little isle.

Besides the process about emigration, I have also learnt much from your philosophical and analytical approach to life.

Thank you for sharing this journey with us. I hope everything works out for you and your love.
